The suspect was taken into police custody.
Several other people have been arrested before after they were linked to the multibillion scandal where Ksh 19 Billion is said to have disappeared.

On top of the list is former Treasury Cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich.
On July 22, the Director of Criminal Investigation ordered the arrest of Rotich and his Principal Secretary Kamau Thuge.
The two, including other senior government officials, were arrested and taken to the DCI headquarters for questioning.
They were charged with offences including conspiracy to defraud, abuse of office, financial misconduct and fraudulent acquisition of public property.
The arrests came after a series of investigations by the DCI and public outcry from citizens over the status of the dam project.
A day after their arrest, the duo was released on Ksh15 Million cash bail each.
