Granit Xaka missed the loss to Manchester City with a concussion but he has been recalled into the line up alongside Lucas Torreira in midfield. Emile Smith Rowe, who has not started a Premier League match for Arsenal gets his full debut in the attacking midfield position.

Upfront, Reiss Nelson and Gabriele Martinelli will play on either side of Pierre Emerick Aubameyang who will lead the hunt for goals.

This will be the last time that Ljungberg gets to manage Arsenal with Mikel Arteta set to take over from Sunday. The Spaniard will be watching from the stands as he gets to know the players better.
