Ahmednasir on the Spot Over His Alleged Dirty Tricks In Courts

Activist Boniface Mwangi on Wednesday launched an online scathing attack at City Lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi over an alleged dirty trick used by the senior counsel to win cases in courts.

In a tweet, the activist accused the lawyer of using National Intelligence Service to intimidate judges into making judgements in his favour.

“Subreme goat (Supreme Court) @ahmednasirlaw was the lawyer for National Intelligence Service. He uses the information he accessed from NIS to blackmail judges for favourable rulings.

“When you talk about lawyers who bribe and blackmail judges, he tops the list. He is part of Kenya Mafia,” tweeted Mwangi.

The accusation was one of a series of attacks directed to the city lawyer.

In one of the tweets, Mwangi lashed out at the lawyer for representing landgrabbers and in all appearances boasted of how he had beaten him in one of the cases.

“I invite you this morning to Racecourse, we demolish the structures your land grabbing client built.

“You’re a PROVEN LIAR! You lost to #TeamCourage in Langata Primary School and now Racecourse. How does it feel to lose to a non-lawyer? I am not one of those judges you bribe!” trolled Mwangi in a tweet.

The Senior Counsel also clapped back at Mwangi accusing him of being an extortionist.

“Boniface… This matter was resolved in court. See the consent sent to the Registrar of the High Court…and then you lie to some people that “team courage”…which is TEAM EXTORTION is evicting nonexistent people…SHAME ON YOU…GREEDY BOY…,” tweeted the Senior Counsel.

Ahmednasir, a popular city lawyer, is known for representing ‘big’ clients in controversial cases some of which he has won.

The constitutional lawyer once represented Deputy President William Ruto’s Weston Hotel in a case where the inn was accused of grabbing a public land.

Despite numerous call to have the hotel building flattened, the venture still stands after the National Land Commission ordered the hotel to provide an alternative to Kenya Civil Authority (KCA).
