Hacks Every Kenyan Lady Should Use on Damaged Hair

Nobody wishes to see their hair thinning and drying out, especially if they are spending a fortune while purchasing products.

Damaged hair is a terrible experience and the only thing that comes to your mind is to restore your hair to its full glory as soon as possible.

If you are shedding more hair than usual, chances are that you have certain habits that are not good for your hair and they are making your hair thinner.

By any chance, if your hair is damaged, you can repair it with these inexpensive at-home tricks.

Massage Butter In

While dry, treat your hair with a small amount of butter for a glossy shine. Massage it into your hair, then cover your hair with a shower cap for about a half-hour. Shampoo as usual, and rinse all the butter out.

Rinse Hair With Green Tea

You may think of tea as a remedy for sore throat, but you can also use it to give dry hair a natural shine. Place a tea bag in warm as though making tea as a final rinse after your regular shampoo.

The caffeine penetrates the hair follicles and encourages growth. Green tea nourishes your scalp and protects it from dandruff, bacteria, fungus, and sun damage.

The mixture also enhances hair colour, so make sure to use a tea that works with your hair colour.

Use An Apple Cider Vinegar Mask

This is another home remedy that Kenyan ladies should use more often especially while dealing with damaged hair.

Combine 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar with 2 tablespoons olive oil and 3 egg whites, then rub the mix into your dry hair. Keep your hair covered for about a half-hour using plastic wrap or a shower cap, then shampoo and rinse.

Condition With Olive Oil

Put the moisture back into dry hair by warming up half a cup of olive oil, and then rubbing it into your hair. Cover with a plastic bag, then wrap everything in a towel. Allow your homemade repair work its thing for 45 minutes, then shampoo and completely rinse.
