5 Simple Natural Ways Kenyan Ladies Can Clear Black Heads

Blackheads are dark spots that are formed after squeezing and pimples. They are also caused by a clog or plug that develops in an opening of the hair follicles in your skin.

If you have been wondering how you will clear your spots, here are 5 simple home remedies to keep you going;

1. Use Baking Soda

Simply create a paste using baking soda and water. Apply it on the affected area and use your fingers to gently scrub the skin. Let it stay for a period of minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. This should be done twice a week.

2.Steam your face

Steaming your face opens up your pores which allows the release of dead skin cells, bacteria, and other impurities that clog the pores. It makes the skin sweat and clears out toxins on the face. It also softens the pores, making the stubborn blackheads easier to work upon and remove.

3.Use lemon, honey, and salt

Make a paste with these three ingredients and apply them on the affected areas. After five minutes, wash the scrub off in circular motions and add five more minutes, clean it.  Lemon removes the dead cells on the skin while honey acts as a moisturizer.

4.Egg white mask

Egg white has a skin tightening effect which is known to clear blackheads. Apply directly on the skin as a mask and stay with it for 10-15 minutes. Being rich in nutrients, egg whites also improve skin texture and remove extra oil from the skin.

5. Tomatoes

Cut a few tomatoes and blend them. Use that tomato paste on your skin, rub it and wash it off with water after minutes. Tomatoes are known to be rich in Vitamin C and A which has skin lightening effects.
