Video footage of a huge crowd ostensibly leaving the Jubilee party candidate McDonald Mariga’s rally to join ODM Party leader Raila Odinga’s convoy has emerged on social media.
In the footage shared by @codida on twitter, ODM leader and his Kibra by-election candidate Bernard Imran Okoth are captured in a convoy of vehicle interacting with their followers.
Suddenly the ODM brigade notices a huge crowd coming their way from a ground where a group of people donning Jubilee Party campaign attires is seen.
The ODM leader and his supporters, upon noticing the shift, waved to the crowd, in all appearances, urging them to join their team.
Baba appeared in Kibra, the small Mariga Adult crowd fled and joined RAO's convoy as if they had been taken over by a spirit! #KibraConfirmation Hilarious! pic.twitter.com/q04hFFMVql

The video recording emerges a day after the Deputy President William Ruto, on Sunday, led a host of Jubilee leaders in drumming up support for their candidate, Mariga, at Lindi grounds.
On the same day, Raila and his team held parallel rallies in the constituency with the major one coming to a stop at Kamukunji grounds.
Also, ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi was in the constituency to campaign for his candidate Eliud Owalo.
The ANC party leader despite being reportedly stoned by ODM supporters managed to hold successful rallies for his candidate.
Political factions have been locking horns in Kibra as the campaigns for the by-election set for November 7 nears home stretch.
Over 20 candidates have been cleared by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission(IEBC) to run for the seat.
