Veteran music producer Tedd Josiah penned down an emotional message in which he shared his life struggles including how he ruined his music career.

Sharing a photo collage of him in different years on his Instagram account, he explained how he joined politics and ended up as an exile in the UK.

“I threw myself in a place I shouldn’t have which was political advertising that ended up with me in exile in the UK  for a while,” he said.

Before he became a well-known producer, no one believed in him till he started making hit songs. On coming back to Kenya, he settled with a young beauty known as Reginah Katar and they were blessed with a bouncing baby girl.

“When I started out my career in music it started on a low of me being chased from home cause music was for losers and no one understood what I was trying to do,” he said.

“Until I made waves and my name started to ring a bell, Atoti, Unbwogable, Kisumu 100, Kenyan boy Kenyan girl, Saa zingine, Mboof Mbaff, Uhiki.”

Unfortunately, Reginah died leaving behind baby Jay Jay at three months old. He has been raising his daughter all by himself and has become an inspiration to single fathers.

“Upon coming home almost 5 years later I settled and resettled and then became a man-mom not by choice but by God’s design.
Now I raise a baby girl, make and sell bags and jackets,” he said.

However, he seems to have moved on with another lady known as Naomi Musuva whom they have been touring different places together in the name of marketing his leather Joka Jok bags. He is yet to confirm whether they are dating or not.

Life is a journey of self discovery, execution, wins, failures & most importantly reinvention of self. When i started out my career in music 🎶 it started on a low of me being chased from home cause music was for losers and no one understood what i was trying to do until i made waves and my name started to ring a bell, Atoti, Unbwogable, Kisumu 100, Kenyan boy Kenyan girl, Saa zingine, Mboof Mbaff, Uhiki, Tafsiri hii….. But then i wanted more i was a creative and making music wasn’t the only thing in me so VIPI became the biggest tv show despite the fact that I’d never made tv before, then that got boring and i threw myself in a place i shouldn’t have which was political advertising that ended up with me in exile in the UK 🇬🇧 for a while but that alone was a door opened cause i then ended up studying & training in Animation and content creation in new media. Which ended up with me helping set up tv stations in west Africa (Nigeria). Upon coming home almost 5 years later i settled and resettled and then became a man-mom not by choice but by God’s design. Now i raise a baby girl, make and sell bags and jackets (sounds like a thing a lady would say 😂😂😂) And help build brands using my media skills….. Only God knows what next but remember this. God has given u enough gifts 🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁 for u to reinvent yourself season to season. What u need for ur winter is different from what u need for summer. But it’s all in u preinstalled by God! Next year God willing… THE ART OF THUMOLOGY (music) comes to you are a turn 50 and make my final musical album. LIVE 🦋 LOVE 💕 LAUGH 😆 #RaisingJay #TheManMom #jokajokluxuryleather #DesignedByTeddJosiah
