Father Sodomises One-Year-Old Boy to Death

A one and half year old boy has died after he was allegedly sodomised by his father.

The mother of the boy, as reported by NTV, left the boy with her husband only to come back and find him lying unconscious.

The mother rushed the unconscious infant to Magutuni District Hospital but was he was pronounced dead on arrival.

According to NTV, the boy had internal injuries which led to the Hospital’s administration to report the case to the police.

The father is being held at Magutuni Police Station in Tharaka Nithi County.

Tharaka Nithi County Commissioner Beverly Oporwa termed the incident unfortunate. She revealed that preliminary investigations established that the suspect was under the influence of drugs.

She lamented that drug abuse was causing a lot of challenges among families in the county.
