It has emerged that a dead man miraculously applied for a job from his grave. Information CS Joe Mucheru appointed Robert Kochalle as one of the board members of the Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) through a Gazette Notice dated October 17.
Mr Kochalle passed away in May 2018. KFCB paid for a whole newspaper page to announce the death. But someone at the Ezekiel Mutua led board has been pocketing his (Kochalle’s) and was intending to continue doing so for the next three years.
