Maintaining a relationship free from cheating in this day and age has proven difficult for many couples. The temptation to cheat has grown due to the advancement of social media and the internet.
A distressed woman has come out to express the issues she is currently going through with her ex. She was caught flirting with another man and says she is now going crazy.

Hi Ann, mine is more like a cry for help, because I think I’m slowly losing my insanity over a man that has made it very clear he doesn’t want me anymore after he found very incriminating flirtatious texts between me and a much older guy.
He went for days without talking to me (2months to be precise) and all that while I was texting him no reply and he wasn’t picking my calls either until recently we started talking and I’m the one who broke the ice. And yes I went to his place and stayed the night but we didn’t talk at all about anything as I had hoped we would instead, we had very satisfying sex.
Personally I love him my life has been on a standstill since the argument. I’m no longer living as I should but rather surviving on a daily basis, I’m slowly losing interest in all my hobbies.
I’m becoming really lazy and my social life is slowly fading away. My ego has been bruised so bad trying to amend things with this guy but all my efforts were in vain. I want to move on but I don’t know how since I keep on comparing any man who approaches me with him, I just don’t want to start over again and my hormones are always high on him making me make stupid choices like calling him or texting him when I know I shouldn’t. I need help to get through this. I want my life back!
