Capital FM’s Anne Mwaura has for the first time spoken up about her break up with NRG Radio’s DJ Kace, a man she dated for years.
“What happened between you and DJ Kace?” a fan on the Curious Cat forum sought to find out.
“Mannn, we just couldn’t work out as a couple but I have so much love and respect for the guy. He’s definitely a good friend,” Anne disclosed.
Before their sudden breakup, DJ Kace and Anne were one of those couples people were rooting for and hoped would tie the knot in 2019.
This is because of how cute they were together and how highly Anne spoke of Kace during media interviews.
In an interview with Kace, Anne gushed about her beau who she revealed had her back in the cutthroat media industry.
“It’s interesting and it’s funny now that he is on radio so that’s a competition we have. He has been in the industry longer than me so it’s good to have someone who has your back who will tell me for example ‘No, no that’s not a good move’. Just to have someone who is there who I know at the end of the day, guaranteed if I make a mistake I won’t fall and be myself,” she said.
Anne and Kace join the growing list of celebrities who have broken up in 2019.
