Welsh winger Gareth Bale will try to force a move away from Real Madrid in the summer according to reports in the Spanish capital.
The former Tottenham man tried to move away from the record European champions in the summer after a fall-out with coach Zinedine Zidane and the tactician has even expressed his willingness to let him go as he was not in his plans.
The club hierarchy, however, pulled a plug on the move and the winger had to remain at the Spanish capital for another season. He has been in fine form so far this season scoring a number of key goals.
The latest reports emanating from Spain indicate that the player now wants to leave in the summer. It is reported that the two are yet to bury their hatchet and Bale does not want to work with the French legend beyond the current season.
Zidane’s decision to omit him from the squad that drew with Club Brugge at the Santiago Santiago Bernabéu a week ago is said to have irked the forward and the two are now not in talking terms as the club’s inconsistent run in the league and in the UEFA Champions League persists.
The tactician accuses the winger of liking golf more that football and is said to be the reason he has been cold towards the player who was once Madrid’s record signing.
