4.Neglecting exercise
Cold weather comes with some sort of laziness. We all wish to stay under the blankets and get some rest.
However, it is important to note that keeping fit remains important. You can do some simple indoor workout if you are too lazy to hit the gym.
5. Staying Indoors
During cold weather, we are somehow tempted to stay in our beds throughout the day or watch movies and have some alone time.
Experts advise that social interaction is very important for our mental well being. You should consider inviting friends over or planning for outdoor meetups.
6. Not showering
Taking a shower because quite difficult during cold weather especially if you do not have the privilege of warm showers.
No matter how hard it could be, showering is important for your hygiene. A sponge bath could sort you at this point.
