The Kisumu based side will be in Machakos on Sunday to play the Mail-men in a clash both teams are keen on bagging maximum points from. Stimahas registered draws in its opening two matches of the season while Posta has registered a win and a draw.

Speaking ahead of the Sunday showdown, Babu admitted that the clash against Sammy ‘Pamzo’ Omollo’s side will be tough as the two teams have the same style of play. He added that his charges have to give their best in Machakos.

“Posta Rangers away will be a very tough game. Just like us they employ power play and will plan well for the game because the target is to get a good result from the game. They defeated Sofapaka away and drew with Homeboyz which is also a good team. It only means coach Pamzo is doing a good job and all my players have to be at their best for us to get something from the match,” he told Opera News.

Babu went to praise new signings Abdallah Wankuru and Fidel Origa for the impact they have had on the team. The two joined the Power-men in July from Sony Sugar and Kariobangi Sharks respectively. They have partnered in Stima’s midfield in the two opening matches of the season and Babu is happy with how they have performed.

“Wankuru is a ball carrier, he can shoot, he can pass he can tackle well, he is a complete midfielder. Fidel, on the other hand, does very well with ball-recovery. They complement each other and I believe they will become even better with time. They have played together for just two games, with more matches they will get better,” he added.

Origa will miss the match against Posta as he is in Uganda with the Kenya U20 for the Cecafa U20 Championship.
