Giving the directive on Monday, September 16, 2019, the court warned that publishing details of case could further complicate the ongoing case.

This comes amid uncertainty over the day in which the autopsy on Cohen’s body is supposed to be conducted.

Cohen’s wife, Sarah Wairimu through her lawyer had earlier through a written letter requested that the autopsy be carried out on Tuesday claiming that her pathologist would not be available on Monday.

It is, however, expected that the court will give further directions on the request later in the day.

The exercise, which will be conducted at Chiromo mortuary, is expected to unravel what killed the Dutch businessman whose mutilated body was found in a septic tank on Friday last week.

The second mystery which the autopsy is expected to reveal is the exact amount of time or duration the slain body remained in the underground septic tank.

Cohen’s body was found dumped in a manhole inside his compound on Friday, September 13, 2019. His body was wrapped in a paper bag with eyes blindfolded with a piece of cloth revealing the untold suffering he underwent before encountering his death.

The chief suspect in the case Sarah Wairimu is expected to undergo a mental test in 7 days time after which she will be presented back to court to answer charges. She is expected to take a plea on September 26, 2019.
