A number of celebrities have shown interest in Kibra parliamentary seat so far after the unexpected death of MP Ken Okoth in July.
Kriss Darlin, who was arguably the most popular celeb in the race, was eliminated in the nomination stage after losing to Okoth’s brother Bernard Otieno Okoth.
Footballer McDonald Mariga, who is running under the Jubilee ticket, is also having issues with IEBC as he tries to clear his name as a candidate. Prezzo is the latest celebrity to be announced as one of those running for the seat come 2022. Prezzo will run under Kalonzo Musyoka’s Wiper Party.
