Former Manchester United midfielder Roy Keane has launched yet another attack on legendary manager Sir Alex Ferguson. The two have not been in good terms for years dating back to when Roy Keane was still playing for Manchester United.
In Roy Keane’s latest rant, he has accused Sir Alex of nepotism claiming that he hired members of his family to work at the club.
“His son Darren Fletcher played for the club and won a league medal,” an astonished Keane exclaimed, “[he was] very lucky.
“[Alex Ferguson’s] brother was the chief scout for Manchester United for a long time. I’m surprised his wife wasn’t involved in the staff somewhere.”
Keane was a dominating box-to-box midfielder, noted for his aggressive and highly competitive style of play, an attitude that helped him excel as captain of Manchester United from 1997 until his departure in 2005.
He went on to claim that he has not spoken to Alex Ferguson since his departure from Manchester United almost 15-years ago. Keane’s quotes have left many Manchester United fans angry and see him as a villain who is only out to tarnish Sir Alex Ferguson’s legacy at the club.
I see Roy Keane is being a prick again. At least he’s given up the pretence of being above the media (while working in the media)

As someone who absolutely idolised him, and would have defended him to the ends of the earth, what the fuck is wrong with Roy Keane?

Roy Keane fairly explosive at tonight’s OTB roadshow. Something a bit tragic about the fact he’s not spoken to Alex Ferguson in 15 years.

I see media shy Roy Keane is making it all about him again tonight.
