Nairobi is apparently the New York City of East Africa. Under all the praises of our beautiful city under the sun, there are different kinds of people with various kinds of struggles. In the process of grappling, you meet so many strangers who somehow just get into your circle for whatever reasons. It’s not a bad thing to have friends, after all, the greatest gift of life is friendship.
Most nairobians if not, all have a distinctive trait on how they go about with their life. From life of crazy partying on the weekend to making road trips within the country. Sad news has hit the Kenyan airwaves as Interior CS Fred Matiang’i has ordered for all bars countrywide to be closed by 5 pm on August 24/25 to facilitate the census exercise.

Do you think his move is justifiable? Well, check out some reactions from Kenyans.
I hope Bar and Restaurant owners association will go to court to stop that nonsense by Fred Matiangi.
