Biggest signings fans are expecting before transfer window closes

Today is the transfer deadline day in Europe! In fact, we are only counting a few hours to go.

Since the transfer window was opened on I July, the European market has seen big money getting exchanged with every type of player moving from one club to the other.

Some of the biggest moves this summer include; Antoine Griezmann, who joined Barcelona from Atletico Madrid for a five-year contract, a deal that will include 800m euro (Β£717m) release clause.

Former Ajax captain Matthijs de Ligt also made a sensational move to Juventus for an initial €75million on a five-year contract as it was confirmed by the Serie A champions. Eden Hazard also followed his boyhood idol Zinedine Zidane from Chelsea for somewhere between $113 and $160 million. But there are also many other signings that have taken place.

Of course, we won’t forget the transfer sagas that were also experienced during the period. Some like Lukaku and Neymar’s transfer sagas are yet to be concluded and could be announced anytime.

As it is usual to human beings, we are set to see last-minute rushes where some clubs will be looking to make their final signings before the clock ticks down.
