The late Kibera MP Ken Okoth will not be cremated after the Courts stopped the process. It had been reported that Okoth had expressed his wish to be cremated, but both his paternal and maternal sides of the family were opposed to the idea.
It has since emerged that Anne Thumbi, the lady with whom Okoth had a son, filed an order to stop the cremation.
