“Weka Yeye Ndani!”(Lock him inside) This is exactly what social media streets are shouting following the arrest order issued for Kisumu Governor Anyang’ Nyong’o and his sister Risper Nyagoy.
The two are have been committed to a one month civil jail for contempt. Nyong’o and his sister, are entangled in a Sh200 million property row with their nephews.
The Governor and his sister have been ignoring court summons. The two were previously fined Ksh. 400,000 for contempt of court. They were given a period of 30 days to clear the payment of the fine but seemingly they have proved to be unruly.
Some Kenyans have celebrated the arrest order issued against the Kisumu Governor and his Sister Risper Nyagoy telling the court to just jail them.

However, some people think that the court has been so lenient to Nyong’o. This has raised the issue of equality of cases in the Judiciary.
I wish they were as lenient to other offenders as they are to these fellas.

Moreover the court has been accused of creating much hype when arresting Dr William Ruto’s friends. Thus some social media users have termed the arrest order against Governor Nyong’o as a diversion tactic to blindfold Kenyans.
The best shocking arrest is Ruto so hizi zakutafutilia kila MTU hatushtuki

Will Raila Odinga rescue him? Of course, many people are of the idea that this arrest thing will not work as ‘Jakuom’ will only make a call and Nyong’o will be a free man.
All one needs to do in Kenya nowadays is to call JAKUOM whether in ODM or JUBILEE and everything will be straightened out and there will be no jail time. NYONGO should just call should call JAKUOM.
