Tottenham Hotspurs have made contact with Juventus in regards to the signing of Argentina attacking midfielder Paulo Dybala. Spurs coach Mauricio Pochettino is a big fan of the player and is eager to bring his compatriot to North London.

The playmaker could be open to a move away from the Italian Champions after a difficult campaign last season which was largely spent in Cristiano Ronaldo’s shadow. Dybala scored just 5 league Serie A goals last season which represented a huge drop from the 20 he ha scored in the 2017/2018 season.

Juventus are holding out for 80 million Pounds for the player, a figure that could prove too much for Spurs.

The Champions League finalists have already acquired the services of Lyon midfielder Tanguy Ndombele for a reported fee of 62 million pounds.
