A viral clip that showed a Taxi driver fight off a Police Officer has triggered a subject for discussion in social media on the integrity of the traffic police officers in Kenyan roads.
While reacting to the incidence, a good number of Kenyans have expressed satisfaction in the man’s actions as they went on to support his move.
In the clip, the officer had pulled over a vehicle and was in the passenger seat of the vehicle when the fight broke out.
The incidence which occurred near Nairobi Montessori Preparatory School along Ngong Road attracted onlookers who tried to resolve the situation as the driver tried to push the officer out of the car.
As the officer and the driver tussle in the vehicle, witnesses open the door of the car and manage to pull the officer while the driver sped off.
According to a majority of Kenyans, the traffic police officers get into the personal vehicles to solicitate bribes from drivers and not necessarily for a genuine check.
They went on to create speculations that the same incidence could have forced the driver into beating off the police from his car.
A wise law enforcer will hand you a ticket to appear in court but a rogue one will enter your car to demand a bribe. This is a bribe expedition gone wrong, let him learn to do his job in the right way.

The man was right, how did the police officer get into his vehicle in the first place? Probably to demand for a bribe. Since when did police officers operate alone dimwit. Try engaging your BIGHEAD at times.

Forsake your pretentious ways bro. A cop asks a ride, once in they start looking for ways to extort ,this is unlawful. That dude did well to defend himself. Why is it okay for citizens to be brutalized by cops but it is wrong for citizens to defend themselves?
