Condolences My Friend! President Uhuru Mourns Peter Kenneth’s Mum

President Uhuru Kenyatta has sent a condolence message to his friend Peter Kenneth after the loss of his mother.

According to details, Rahab Wambui died at the Aga Khan Hospital in Nairobi on Thursday morning. The deceased, the family says, has been battling an undisclosed illness for a long time now.

 

“It is with profound sadness that I have this morning received news of the death of Mama Rahab Wambui Muhuni. Condolences to my friend Hon Peter Kenneth and the entire family. I pray for God’s comfort and providence in this difficult period of mourning,” read Uhuru’s statement.

Opposition Leader Raila Odinga wished the former Gatanga MP and his family strength and fortitude at this trying moment.

“My condolences go out to Peter Kenneth following the passing on of his Mother, Rahab Wambui Muhuni. May God grant him and the family strength and fortitude at this trying moment and may her soul rest in eternal peace. Poleni kwa msiba.”

Nairobi Women Rep Esther Passaris send her condolences wishing her a peaceful rest.

“My thoughts are with the family and friends of Hon. Peter Kenneth on the passing of their matriarch, Mama Rahab Wambui. May she rest in peace”.
