Jealousy rears its ugly head once more! Kenyan songstress and diva Victoria Kimani is having a hard time after getting trolled for her ‘jealousy’ on Tiwa Savage.

The whole fiasco started after Beyonce released the list of African artists she has collaborated with for the 14-track new album to accompany The Lion King remake, entitled The Lion King: The Gift, to be released on Friday.

When she first announced the project last week, Beyoncé said: “It was important that the music was not only performed by the most interesting and talented artists but also produced by the best African producers. Authenticity and heart were important to me.”

The list of African artists is flooded with Nigerian artists including pop stars Tiwa Savage and Mr Eazi perform the song Keys to the Kingdom, with the latter also appearing alongside fellow Nigerians Tekno and Yemi Alade on Don’t Jealous Me. Nigeria’s Burna Boy has a solo track, Ja Ara E, while Cameroonian artist Salatiel appears alongside Beyoncé and Pharrell on Water. Other African artists include Nigeria’s Wizkid, Ghana’s Shatta Wale, and South Africa’s Busiswa and Moonchild Sanelly.

The list really flipped a switch in Victoria’s mind, who is a loyal Beyonce fan and she took to Twitter to rant. She expressed her disappointment in having no Kenyan or East African Artist on the album for the movie she believes was set in Kenya.

While maybe her lobbying efforts were genuine, her comment section was filled with trolls attacking her and bringing up her beef with Tiwa Savage which she revealed a while back in this ‘Fuck you challenge. In the diss song she completely annihilated Tiwa claiming she sells p*ssy! While Tiwa never responded, her money moves are clearly the best revenge as Beyonce featured her.
