” I said in one of my pieces, he(Ruto) has spread himself in Central Kenya like a virus,” he said.

The Dean of School of Law at Buffalo University in New York has justified his allegations stating that the elected leaders in the region are not speaking their real voices.

He has since insinuated that The Tanga-tanga lawmakers who hail from Central Kenya have been put on a payroll by the man of God, Ruto.

Makau has also claimed that all the drama surrounding The Deputy President are mostly aimed at pinning President Uhuru Kenyatta down so that he can openly endorse his presidency.

“I think he (Ruto) is trying to create a circumstance in which he forces Mr. Kenyatta to openly endorse him for the seat…”he claimed.

However he has come clean to state that Uhuru will not endorse Ruto come 2022. He has since said that the UhuRuto relationship was formed just to over the 2017 post election atrocities.

“It’s clear to me, and it was clear to me then, that Mr. Kenyatta never intended to reciprocate this particular relation,”he said.

He added,”It’s difficult to say that Mr. Ruto delivered the Rift Valley, I would say that the Rift Valley voted for Ruto & Kenyatta & the reason why that part of the country voted for them is because they were besieged by the International Criminal Court ICC…”

To hit the final nail on the casket, Mutua stated that Ruto will never be the President of Kenya.
