Embakasi East MP Babu Owino with zero chills has referred to the Deputy President William Ruto as “Jambazi Sugu.”

The firebrand ODM legislator has always been hurling hard insulting words to DP Ruto but now he has crossed the lanes.

Babu Owino has reignited the Arror and Kimwarer Dam Scandal which the Deputy President was bold more than once defending the mentioned figure believed to have been misappropriated.

Babu Owino has commanded President Uhuru Kenyatta to arrest his Deputy or else the citizens will do it.

“Mr.President don’t be scared, arrest Ruto over the dams scandals or we the citizens will arrest him.Jambazi sugu,”Babu Owino has stated.

This comes after The AU Representative Raila Odinga also asked the DCI George Kinoti over the weekend to finish up with the investigation and prosecute the perpetrators. He spoke while in Ruto’s turf of Elgeyo Marakwet where he was hosted by Governor Alex Tolgos and Cherangany MP Joshua Kutuny.

“I was involved in approving the construction of the dams during the grand coalition government. The initial cost was Sh5 billion. I was shocked to later learn that the cost was pushed up to Sh63 billion. There are many questions than answers,” the ex-premier said.

He added: “In ODM, we had a plan to take our people to Canaan and that Canaan is in our national anthem. The Canaan we were talking about is a united country free of corruption. And that’s where we are taking the country.”

To hit back, Ruto referred to Raila as the Lord of Poverty recalling the number of times he opposed Jubilees projects.

“You were against the Eurobond, because you said it is corrupt; you were against the Northern Collector Tunnel, because you said it is corrupt;  you were against us building the railway, because you said it is corrupt; you were against us raising money in churches, because you said it is corrupt, raising money in any harambee even for women, because you say it is corrupt,” he said during a women’s empowerment forum in North Mugirango, Nyamira county.
