Ati rumor has it that Veteran radio presenter Shaffie is jobless.
The father of four and family man who has been on leave and is in Los Angeles, USA, had gone for his daughter’s promotion and heard the rumor when he landed back in Kenya.
“It is not something to laugh about”, he reckons.
The rumor started just after his co-hostAdelle Onyango quit Kiss FM after working there for 7 years. It was later reported by local media houses that Adelle was forced to resign by the Radio Africa top boss, Patrick Quarcoo.
The sacking coincided with NRG Morning breakfast show’s big wig presenters exiting the media house. It has been speculated that Kamene Goro and Andy Kibe were the replacements to Shaffie and Adelle at Kiss. Shaffie, unlike Adelle, is said to have been offered a soft landing at his former show at Kiss Fm, the Evening drive -or exit.
While on Betty Kyallo’s weekend show, the beauty probed into the truth behind the rumors.

He says that his fans just need to stay patient. While he didn’t address the sacking business, he did reassure fans that he does indeed still have a job and that they should expect him back soon.
