The firebrand Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa has joined other leaders in lashing out at Team Embrace Kenya.
Embrace Kenya which is in support of the handshake on Friday pitched camp in Kisumu with the sole reason of preaching National Integration and Cohesion.
What has angered Aisha Jumwa is the fact that the women leaders stormed the streets of Kisumu with cars branded with images of President Uhuru Kenyatta and AU Representative Raila Odinga.
The outspoken legislator has stated that Embrace is using Uhuru’s name to engage in divisive politics. She went a head to claim that Embrace is shaming the local mwananchi.
“Sisi Waswahili tunasema ‘panapofuka moshi pana moto’ leo tumeona magari yamekuwa branded. Wale watu wa Embrace wamekuwa ni embarrasment mashinani,” she said.

The same sentiments were shared by Nakuru Senator Susan Kihika who also has accused Embrace of hypocrisy.
They say they are Campaigning AGAINST 2022 Campaigns 🤔🤔

This call was ignited by Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen who first revealed that Embrace is an anti-Ruto group which is being funded by Karanja Kibicho, interior Permanent Secretary.

The Embrace Team which was hosted by Kisumu Women Representative Rosa Buyu visited Mama Pendo who is still nursing the pain of 2017 post election violence. The group vowed in one voice not to allow any mother loose a child just because of an election.

However the two groups Inua Mama which Aisha Jumwa is the mouth Piece and Embrace have been clashing for over sometime. Inua Mama being the one accusing Embrace of engaging in early politics.
However Embrace has stood its ground insisting on preaching cohesion among Kenyans from all over the country.
