Well KOT and social media inlaws have been watching Dr Alfred and Lilian for a number of years. In a past interview, Lilian revealed that she met Alfred back in 2011, and people have been waiting for a family addition.
After Mutua shared the good news about his wife’s graduation, social media inlaws reminded Lilian that she needed to settle and have babies.
