Fresh row is brewing between Kiambu Senator Kimani Wamatangi and Kenya Railways over land on which the Senator is re-building a car wash and running bizarre businesses.
The car wash which is located near Nyayo National Stadium has been undergoing re-construction quietly despite claims that its a public land.
The structure was demolition on February this year, but the Senator is ready to re-possess it.
The rebuilding of the one vibrant car wash has kicked off on a top gear with the senator proving to be ready to wrestle with the Kenya Railways to re-possess the land.
The senator has even employed the use of high end security officers as the plans to get back to full action accelerate.
Senator Kimani Wamatangi defended the land on which the car wash sits on claiming that he has relevant documents of the land,the title deed.
The outspoken senator termed the demolition as great violation the law. The structure has been in existence for 20 years as per the records of the top senator.
Hon Wamatangi blamed the demolition on his haters and also sited that some high end people want to kick him out to establish their businesses.
