Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has done it again!! Known for leaking his conversations with a number of individuals in the past including Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu, Sonko has this time round put Nairobi Women Rep Esther Passaris to the sword.
In a 7 minute audio, Sonko has exposed Passaris as a beggar who would do anything just to get money.
Using Opposition Chief Raila Odinga’s name, Passaris brags of how she gave Raila a great political strategy after which she goes ahead to ask for cash from Sonko.
“I went for a strategy meeting, and I was given some strategy which I told baba (Raila) to use..and baba listened to me. He used the strategy at the Jakaranda, ok? And baba has already told someone, a relative of his that this one is now going to be my kingpin in Nairobi…So tomorrow at seven o’clock; we are going to see him (Raila); I want to go with half a million, everybody is going with KSh 500,00, but me I do not have the money,” Said Passaris.
Passaris, just like a desperate woman then tells Sonko that she expected help from elsewhere only for the man only identified as Pius to let her down.
Sonko then agrees to help her out but with conditions. The now Nairobi Governor told Passaris to tell her people (ODM Members) to stop mentioning President Kenyatta’s name in their rallies.
“I will give you KSh 500,000 today…” Said Sonko.
A Man called Bush, was sent to pick the money from Sonko with Passaris claiming that she trusted the man 100%.
After getting what she wanted, Passaris then offers Sonko Love, something the Governor turns down after his previous experiences with Rachel Shebesh.
“Let me tell you I must love you a lot..” said Passaris after which Sonko said, “Do not love me but I will still help you”.

On Saturday, during the Madaraka Day Celebrations, Nairobians were treated to drama after Esther Passaris walked off protesting governor mike Sonko’s remarks. Sonko was responding to remarks by Passaris on among other things, the use of public funds.
Passaris also accused Sonko of avoiding her calls, an issue that Sonko did not take lightly.
The Nairobi County Chief bashed Passaris telling her that he was not her husband and as such, he was not under any pressure to pich her calls.
“I do not pick up calls when I am in a meeting like this one. Sometimes I ring president but he does not return my calls. I am not your husband to receive your phone calls whenever you want,” Said Sonko.
Well, it seems like Sonko has finally hit the last nail on Esther Passaris coffin and what now remains to be seen is how the County Women Rep will bounce back from all this.
With this in mind, just be careful nect time when you call Governor Sonko because you might just be his next victim!!
