The event that went down at KICC has left Nandy top trending female artiste in East Africa. she performed a number of her songs and later swept the audience off the feet with an epic performance with Willy Paul.
Nandy comes from a religious and culture filled country- Tanzania. From her home country, a woman is supposed to cover her body well but Nandy defied the religious and cultural rules by stepping out half naked.
Since then, she has been trolled for her mode of dressing and people have nicknamed her- Machupi meaning underwears.
