After self-proclaimed General Dr Miguna Miguna took to his twitter account to officially announce his new recruit, Kenyans took to the post to react with congratulatory messages.
The exiled controversial lawyer said he had recruited Citizen TV’s Jeff Koinange to his National Revolutionary Movement of Kenya (NRMKe).
He made the announcement shortly after meeting the journalist in Washington DC, where he has been since last week doing a follow up on the ongoing diaspora registration of Huduma Namba which has hence been slated to end on 20th June 2019.
He encouraged Kenyans to catch up with his interview on Citizen TV’s JKLIVE show on Wednesday night.
Look at who I bumped into in Washington, DC, earlier today, and recruited into the National Revolutionary Movement of Kenya (NRMKe). Watch out for tomorrow’s #JKLive #JKL. Viva! @KoinangeJeff @citizentvkenya pic.twitter.com/OEV3N0UN0q

Kenyans congratulated the journalist for joining NRMke. Congratulatory messages were also heaped on Miguna Miguna, with Kenyans terming the move as an achievement for him.
Welcome on board @KoinangeJeff . NRM Soldiers everywhere – We are working in silence.

But did Miguna Miguna find some pride in this? In his response to the congratulatory messages, he said that he is a five star decorated General!
I’m a 5-Star Decorated General.

But do you think he is? Miguna Miguna was dramatically deported to Canada, in fact twice after he commissioned NASA leader Raila Odinga’s mockery swearing-in ceremony at Uhuru Park.
The government deported him on grounds that he had denounced his Kenyan Citizenship in 1998 after acquiring Canadian citizenship.
