Wenger: I Want to Come Back to Arsenal

Image result for arsene wenger“I want you back. ” Those are the words former manager Arsene Wenger is currently singing. After taking a much-needed-leave, Wenger says he is ready to come back to football.

And after spending a whopping 22 years at Arsenal, the legend has decided to make himself available yet again in the realms of football.

Only this time around, he has revealed that he would like to go back to working at Arsenal in whatever capacity is needed of him.

Wenger became the Gunners’ most successful and longest-serving manager as he won three Premier League titles and seven FA Cups after taking charge of the north Londoners back in 1996.

The 69-year-old has taken some time away from the game but says he is now eager to return to football, although is not sure whether that will be as a manager or in another capacity.

Speaking about his time with the Gunners, Wenger has admitted he misses the competitiveness and says the club will always have a special place in his heart. “I miss the competition and I miss Arsenal because I left my heart in there,” Wenger explained. “I gave my life to this club for 22 years.

Every minute of my life was dedicated to this club and I miss the values we developed inside the club. “I support Arsenal. It will be forever my club.”

Nevertheless, would the fans be able to accept the return of Arsene with Emery currently at the realm?
