Recently, female celebrities have come out to open up about cyberbullying and how they dealt with it which I think is a good way to interact with their audience.
Citizen Tv news anchor Lillian Muli has addressed the issue of vulnerability and how she learnt to deal with the emotion.
Vulnerability is defined as the quality or state of being exposed to the possibility of being attacked or harmed, either physically or emotionally.
She actually gives really good advice on how to transform what some may consider a weakness into a strength.
Check out what she had to say below:
Someone once scoffed at me and called me vulnerable I felt sorry for them but also wondered why so many of us live our lives wearing masks? I might be vulnerable but the way I see it…Vulnerability is a double-edged sword.
Those who protect themselves to avoid getting hurt, fail to appreciate intimacy and close relationships. But to be real and not play mind games is so powerful because in the end you win; in the end authenticity wins; you don’t have to chase or fight or prove a point! it just does.
Nzisa is an intense human being she was born that way. I’m curious do you wear your heart on your sleeve or are you a mgenge aka gangster??? Lol (for real though I’m serious) #therestrengthinvulnerability
