A big blow is awaiting Baringo Senator Gideon Moi as a close ally and governor reveals plan to dump Kenya African National Union (KANU) party.

West Pokot Governor John Lonyangapuo has expressed his dissatisfaction with the leadership hinting to join another party should there be no reforms within the independence party before the 2022 general elections.

He was speaking on Radio Maisha’s Bunge La Maisha.

Lonyangapuo had earlier pledged his loyalty to the party claiming that it is impossible for him to abandon KANU;
