On Saturday, Deputy President Dr William Samoei Ruto took his Tanga Tanga and hustler nation evangelism to Western Kenya, this time round camping in Trans Nzoia County.
As per his norm, politics of trolling ODM party leader Raila Odinga had to come out, this time round twisting him from a political conman to a business conman, basing his allegations on the fake gold scandal.
He told the opposition to keep President Uhuru Kenyatta’s name off the fake gold syndicate.

After preaching his tanga tanga gospel, the DP went on to display the hustler nation status.
He paved through th crowd that kept on chanting the hustler name, to Mama Chepkemoi’s stall where he bought a mango and roasted maize.
He later took to his twitter account and shared his moment at Mama Chepkemoi’s stall.

However, this got Kenyans on Twitter on the wrong side. The attention the post created was more of trolls than praises. Some questioned him if buying and sharing of ‘Mahindi choma’ is part of development.
