Did you know rumours are just an inch to the truth?
Well, if you didn’t know, the truth has finally been revealed. Ajax FC has been arguably the most improved team in Europe this season alone.
It was not widely known to many until in the Champions League competition when they brought down European giants to make them reach the semi-finals.
All glory and honour were given to specifically two players Frenkie De Jong and Matthijs De Ligt who have made a name during Europe’s most elite competition.

The two Dutch players have since been a darling to many clubs with Barcelona running ahead to secure Frenkie De Jong’s signature back in January, meaning that De Ligt is the only one still rocking the market.
The Blaugrana have also shown their interest in the defender and are the favourites to secure his signature. Many clubs like Manchester United, Liverpool, Bayern among others have also been reported to be direly salivating for the 19-year-old star.
But it seems they are chasing after the winds especially after the player was spotted alongside his teammate De Jong in Barcelona.
The already Barça player and his companion, wanted by the Barça squad, have posed with several fans before boarding the bus.

De Ligt had earlier on stated that he desires to play for Barcelona alongside his closest friend and Ajax teammate De Jong. This was a big plus for Barca and what remains is the player agreeing to the deal that he has been offered at Nou Camp.
