The Deputy President William is still a welcomed guest to ODM party, they are never enemies despite bitter exchange between him and Hon Raila Odinga.
ODM party has come out openly to state that DP Ruto can still go back to the party if he considers the move.
The Deputy President was a member of ODM before he parted ways with Hon Raila Odinga and formed URP party which later merged with TNA of President Uhuru Kenyatta to form Jubilee Party.
ODM has revealed this information through a question and answer session on twitter, which ODM stated that the party is open to anyone who wants to become a member. We have never closed the door on anyone. It is a people’s movement.
