Police in Homabay County have arrested two men at Pala Trading centre after they were found defiling a secondary school student.
The two men are said to be part of a larger racket of men who had kidnapped the girl who was on her way back tpo school after going home for school fees.
One Tyson Onyango, 20 and Kevin Ouma, 25, were arrested by a chief who was tipped off on the happenings at a rented house which is now being treated as a crime scene.
Area chief Bernard Omuga told reporters that Tyson who is a bodaboda rider had tricked the girl he would transport her back to school but later abducted her.
He was to later detain the form two student at his rented house from where he gang-raped the student together with two other men.
The student has been admitted at a local hospital while Tyson and Kevin remain in police custody awaiting to be charged.
