Kshs. 20,000 Meant For Uhuru’s Impeachment Causes Trouble in Mt.Kenya

Rift in the ruling party discloses dirty secrets with the latest being allegation by Kiambu Women Rep Gathoni Wa Muchomba that there was a scheme by some MPs to impeach President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Wa Muchomba claimed that Uhuru was saved by the handshake with Nasa leader Raila Odinga. she alleged that her counterparts in Tanga Tanga receive Sh20, 000 every weekend to discredit the government.

“Were it not the handshake Uhuru would have been impeached by MPs of Central Kenya. If someone lies to you that you were working together, then goes behind your back to make evil plans, and leave you alone, won’t you call him a betrayer?” she alleged last week.

But her Murang’a counterpart Sabina Chege breathing fire has termed Wa Muchomba’s allegations as reckless and blatant lies, saying she apologise.

“Those were blatant lies from Ruto’s enemies. All leaders from Mt Kenya love and support the President and there has never been such a plan. Gathoni should confess and repent for telling lies and she should never propagate such propaganda” Sabina retorted today.

Sabina said hatching a plan to impeach Uhuru is something “No leader from Central region can even dream of”.
