The ‘Nadekezwa’ hitmaker, Mbosso, is all smiles after his hit song, Tamu attained six million views in three months time. Sharing his joy through his Instagram account, he thanked his fans promising them a gift for showing him the great love.

He said; “Asante kwa Upendo wenu Tamu Views Million 6 sasa kwenye Mtandao wa YouTube “..Nadhani Sasa natakiwa niwape Zawadi yenu nyingine ambayo tutakuwa tunakandamiza mida ya Daku kwa kipindi hichi cha Ramadhani au Munaonaje…?”

Mbosso had a passion for music but lacked the necessary support until when he moved to Dar es Salaam. When in Dar, he was taken in by Mkubwa Fella who put together the famous Yamoto band which originally used to be called Mkubwa na Wanawe.

At Yamoto band, he was with Aslay, Beka Flavour and Enock Bella. Yamoto band is known for hit songs like Nitakupwelepweta, Cheza kwa madoido, Nisambazie raha, Su ft. Ruby, Niseme, Dar ya Makonda, Mama, Basi, Wambea ft. Christian Bella and Mpaka Nizikwe.

When Yamoto band was disbanded, he went back home and continued being a farmer until when the WCB Wasafi record artist Rayvanny followed up on him and brought him back to Dar es Salaam.

Mbosso was born in a family that had financial difficulties. His parents struggled to raise and educate him until when he went to Dar es Salaam to hustle. His life took a good turn when he joined Yamoto band but that dream was cut short when the band was dissolved.

His fellow Yamoto artists like Aslay and Beka Flavour were doing so well as solo artists which stressed him the more. He started involving himself in petty theft and crime.

Many different artistes persuaded him to leave farming and get back into music but they did not manage to convince him but thanks to Wasafi’s Rayvanny he was swayed to come back to the city to attend Diamond Platnumz’s brother Romy Jones’ wedding.

Mbosso has so far done well in music. He has been touring many nations for music concerts which have made him more successful.
