Kenyans do not believe that President Uhuru Kenyatta is in any way concerned about the high rate of youth unemployment in the country.
Speaking on Monday during an exclusive interview with Radio Maisha, Kanze Dena , the State House Spokesperson claimed that President Uhuru Kenyatta has the interest of youths at heart when it comes to job opportunities.
“The President has the youth’s interest at heart when it comes to job opportunities. Sometimes it is not about the age but about the required skills”, Kanze claimed.

Dena also said that Uhuru chaired an executive meeting since he returned from China. She dismissed claims that Uhuru has been underground because the government was denied a loan by the Chinese government some time back.
"I am shocked that people say they haven't seen the President since he left China, yet on 3rd of this month he had a meeting with executives from Global Fund and there was a Statement about it" ~ @KanzeDena | @radiomaisha

However, according to Kenyans who went on to react to the State House claim on youth employment do no believe. Some went on to blast Uhuru after employing already retired personnel the likes of retired Vice President Moody Awori.
Here are some of the reactions;
