The two have not been seeing eye to eye politically and therefore a meeting between them must surely raise eyebrows.

Ruto is eyeing the 2022 Presidency with Gideon Moi seen as one of the people he will have to deal with if he is to have any smooth sailing towards Statehouse as he (Gideon) also has Presidential ambitions.
