Why Kenyans are not amused by CJ Maraga’s new achievement

Chief Justice David Maraga has caused mixed reactions on social media platform after revealing that he was conferred with an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Andrews University in Michigan, USA Sunday.

Following the remarkable achievement, CJ Maraga took to Twitter to make the grand announcement that caused his few haters (if any) running stomach.

The president of Judiciary shared his photos and captioned them: “I was deeply honoured to be awarded an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Andrews University in Michigan, USA last Sunday. I also had the honour of giving the commencement address during the graduation ceremony.”

CJ Maraga known to be cherished by many due to his landmark court rulings, shockingly received a backlash after KOT went wild and started exposing the rot in the Judiciary.
