A 19-year-old man was on Sunday, 5 2019 allegedly stabbed on the neck and killed by his girlfriend in Kapkwen trading center, Bomet County.
Bomet Central Police boss Geoffrey Walumbe said that the two lovers quarreled before the woman, 19, picked up a kitchen knife and stabbed the man.
He said this while confirming the incident
Neighbors added that the two fought over some money the man had allegedly earned from his manual labor work.
The deceased succumbed while being rushed to Longisa County Referral Hospital.
The suspect has since surrendered herself to the police and the murder weapon has also been retrieved.
