First all, let it be known that it’s okay to sweat. It’s normal. Even Rihanna and Beyonce sweat..(all of us do) Don’t sit down and feel sorry for yourself for being normal.

For those who have trouble with their sweat, here are a few tips on how to control it. I got you covered.
1. Feeling a little Lemony
YES! lemon does helps control the production of sweat. After you take a shower at night or in the morning, be sure to take half a piece of lemon, and rub it under your armpits. Make sure you squeeze it a tad bit so that the juice gets on to your pits. It’ll dry off on its own. This prevents the production of sweat. So say goodbye sweat and hello freshness..
2. Apple cider vinegar
It has a strong smell, but believe you me when I say that vinegar has tons of health benefits. When applied directly to the skin, it acts as an astringent to help remove bacteria and close up the sweat producing pores. Use cotton to rub apple cider vinegar on your sweaty areas. Leave it on overnight and wash it off in the bath or shower in the morning.
3. Chonga viazi
Simply rub a potato slice across your armpits, feet or hands for a few minutes daily to experience the drying effects. This will stop the sweat. Like literally. .
