Bandari host Ulinzi Stars to pile more pressure on second-placed Sofapaka

Third place Bandari will host Ulinzi stars at their home ground as they look to pile more pressure on second-placed Sofapaka who won their match yesterday againstNzoia Sugar.

The 2016-2017 KPL winners have won their last three matches and lost two out of the five that they have recently played.

Their opponents on the other side have also won three matches lost once and settled for a draw in their last five matches that they have played.

This clearly shows that it is going to be a tough crash for the two sides but Bandari will have the advantage of home fans in attendance.

A win for the hosts will mean that they lay behind AFC with only four points and five ahead of Mathare who won their game yesterday against Zoo Kericho which was played in Kasarani Stadium while a loss will keep them stuck at the same position.

Ulinzi who is at position 8 is only a point head ofKariobangi harks who drew yesterday against Chemilil and a loss for them will be threatening.

But if they manage to get a win against the Mombasa based Bandari, they will earn 39 points, two behind Sony Sugar who won 3-0 yesterday against Vihiga United but still remain at the same position.

Ulinzi last won their last Premier League in 2010 but were consecutive league winners between 2003 and 2005.
