UNVEILED! Jua Kali reveals how he would Retire

Veteran Kenyan artist Jua Cali recently dished out on what he has been up to with his music.

Jua Cali talks about how he has been able to stay relevant in the 18 years that he has been in the industry saying that he has been committed to doing good music, listening to what his fans want and keeping up with the trends not following trends.

He added that he has a new album that is set to drop anytime soon in May and that his way of choosing who he works with is very simple as he banks it all on the relationship he has with the fellow artist thus making the collabo even better.

The father of two also revealed that him shaving his iconic cornrows will signify his retirement from music. He, however, hopes that he can sing till he is 100 years old but when he feels he is ready to hang up the mic, his clean-shaven hair will be the ultimate sign.

Paul Julius Nunda, better known by his stage name Jua Cali, is a Kenyan hip hop artist. In the early 2000s, together with record producer Clemo, he founded Calif Records where he has been ever since. Jua Cali performs in Swahili and Sheng in a popular Kenyan style of rapping called Genge.
